MEDIFOCUS medical cart production Process Introduction – Material

1. Stainless steel: Stainless steel is the abbreviation of stainless acid-resistant steel. Steel types that are resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam, and water or are stainless are called stainless steel. Generally, the hardness of stainless steel is higher than that of aluminum alloy, and the cost of stainless steel is higher than that of aluminum alloy.

Stainless steel has different properties depending on the content of carbon and other impurities, resulting in different grades and grades. Common stainless steel grades: 201, Q235, 304, 316.

2. Aluminum alloy: Aluminum alloy is the most widely used non-ferrous metal structural material in industry. Aluminum alloy has low density, but relatively high strength, close to or exceeding high-quality steel. It has good plasticity and can be processed into various profiles. It has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industry, and its usage is second only to steel. . Common grades: 6061; 6063.

3. Zinc alloy: An alloy based on zinc with other elements added. It has low density, high plasticity, easy strengthening, and good electrical conductivity. Compared with aluminum alloy, it has higher hardness and greater tensile strength. Mainly used for precision electronic accessories, belt buckles, jewelry, small hardware, etc. SA-01 robot arm joint:

(4) Plastic: refers to a plastic (flexible) product that uses high molecular weight synthetic resin as the main component and adds appropriate additives, such as plasticizers, stabilizers, antioxidants, flame retardants, colorants, etc. (flexible) materials, or rigid materials formed by cured cross-linking. Commonly used plastics for injection molded parts mainly include: PE, PP, PS, AS (SAN), BS, ABS, POM, PA, PC, PVC, ABS or AS+glass fiber reinforcement, etc.

(5) Silica gel: Silica gel is a type of rubber. Silica gel is divided into two categories: organic silica gel and inorganic silica gel according to its properties and composition. Inorganic silica gel is a highly active adsorbent material. Silicone gel is an organic silicon compound. It is the most widely used one, accounting for more than 90% of the total.
Silicone is also one of the materials of rubber and plastic. Due to the superior materials used in the production process, the cost is lower than that of plastic. Its outstanding advantage is that it is a non-toxic and environmentally friendly product and does not conflict with the human body. The disadvantages are poor air permeability and strong electrostatic adsorption ability.

(6) PA6 nylon + TPE: K-type trolley casters

(7)PA+PU:  B-type trolley casters
